Just one look was all it took to convince execs at Fueled By Ramen to sign Paramore. Imagine how easy it'll be for the rest of the world to fall in love. Well, you don't have to imagine... they already have. The Tennessee five-piece, the majority of which is 18 or under, is basically running it right now, debuting albums in the top 20 of the Billboard 200, selling the pants off of their latest record, Riot, and selling out concerts left and right. Did we mention they're still in High School? Yeah. Ridic. We figured we'd grab them, toss them in the Hot Seat and get some answers before we're all working for them. Take a look, sucka.

Q & A with Hayley from Paramore

Q: Tell us about your craziest touring experience.
A: One time we had a day off and we stayed at this hotel in California and we were swimming really late at night. Some security gaurds came up and told us the pool was closed but then they found out that we were in Paramore so they let us stay longer. Then they gave us their cell number and told us to call them later. When we did, they gave us three golf karts that we drove all over a golf course that was lit up by the moon. It was literally insane!

Q: What type of college class would you most want to take and why?
A: Music theory. So I could learn more about what I do.

Q: What city in America is the most fun to visit and why?
A: Anaheim, California. Because the kids are the craziest there and it's in the middle of Disneyland. It's amazing!

Q: What's some of the best advice you were ever given?
A: Aim high - Trust God - Work hard.

Q: What's in heavy rotation in your MP3/CD player right now?

Q: What's the first concert you ever saw and how was it?
A: The first concert I saw was a festival with Incubus, John Mayer, Abandoned Pools, Pete Yorn and a ton of other great bands/artists. I think you can imagine how that was! Ha!
